Hi Kerry;
In the June/July magazine I found a recipe that sounds like what you are looking for. However it was not in the clip and save section, so I'm not sure. Let me know if this is it or not, if not I'll look further as I have all the magazines from the premiere issue on.
BROWN COW PUNCH
2 quarts chocolate milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 gallon coffee ice cream
In a punch bowl, combine milk and extract. Add the ice cream by scoopfuls and allow to float on top of punch. Or scoop ice cream into glasses; combine milk and extract, then pour over ice cream. Yield: 3 quarts. If coffee ice cream is not available, dissolve 2 tsp. instant coffee granules in 2 tsp. hot water and stir into vanilla ice cream.
