Recipe: Lemon Herb Chicken Primavera (using chicken breasts, Campbell's soup recipe)

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Sprinkle chicken with garlic. Spray skillet with vegetable cooking spray and heat 1 minute. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add (undiluted) soup, milk, lemon juice, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Cover cook over low heat 10 minutes or until the chicken is done.
*If crisper vegetables are desired, the vegetables may be cooked separately as the package directs and added to the skillet when the chicken is done.
Makes 4 servings
