Recipe(tried): Longhorn Steakhouse Cooking Information - correction
Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meatsjust wanted to make a correction about how longhorn steakhouse cooks there bone steaks (22oz porterhouse, 18oz outlaw ribeye, ribs) they are all cooked on a char grill. we don't season them with prairie dust there seasoned with char seasoning. prime rib is cooked in a special oven and is slow cooked for about 6-8 hours. Ive been working at longhorn steak house in west springfield, ma for about 2 years now. my fathers best friend in the head manager of that location.
