Recipe: Luscious Orange Cake with Orange Mallow Cream (Bundt cake using cake mix and Miracle Whip, 1980's)

LUSCIOUS ORANGE CAKE

3/4 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 (2-layer-size) yellow cake mix
1 envelope Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
3/4 cup orange juice
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan.

Combine all ingredients, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool.

Serve with Orange Mallow Cream

ORANGE MALLOW CREAM
Makes 2 cups

1 (8 oz.) container Philadelphia Brand Soft Cream Cheese
1 (7 oz.) Kraft Marshmallow Creme
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons orange flavor liqueur

Combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme, mixing on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Blend in sour cream and liqueur; chill. Serve with Luscious Orange Cake or fresh fruit.

Makes 1 Bundt cake, 12 servings
