Hi Linette.
I got this from ALL IN GOOD TASTE I hope you can use it.
MEXICAN LASAGNA
8 flour tortillas
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pg. burrito seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 medium jar picante sauce or salsa ( use 1 cup)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese ( save some for top)
To make beef mixture, brown ground beef ( I boil mine drain
it. It makes a finer sauce.) Add Burrito seasoning and cook
until done . It tells you on pg. to add water and cook 15 min..
To make bean mixture, mix 1 cup of picante sauce and
refried beans together. Layer the baking dish with a small
amount of beef mixture, then add a layer of tortillas. Spread
a layer of beef mixture on top, then another layer of tortillas.
Pour all of the bean mixture on top, followed by another layer
of tortillas. Add cheese and a final layer of torillas. Spred
on the remaining beef mixture and cheese and bake at 375
for approximately 15 minutes
I made this Sunday for the first time and it is GOOD.....
