MICROWAVE OR OVEN S'MORES
FOR ONE SERVING:
2 graham cracker squares
1/2 of a 1.55-ounce milk chocolate bar, broken if necessary
1 marshmallow
MICROWAVE METHOD:
Place 1 graham cracker square on paper towel; top with chocolate bar pieces and marshmallow. Microwave on medium (50 percent) power in 10 second intervals until marshmallow puffs. Immediately top with other graham cracker square; press together gently. Serve immediately.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN METHOD:
Center 1/2 of a chocolate bar on 1 graham cracker square; set aside. Place remaining graham cracker square on baking sheet; top with marshmallow. Broil 10 to 30 seconds, just until marshmallow is golden brown, watching carefully. Immediately invert onto chocolate-topped graham cracker; press gently. Let stand 1 minute to soften chocolate. Serve immediately.
