Recipe(tried): Outback Remoulade Sauce

When our local Outback Restaurant opened eight years ago, we loved the dipping sauce for the Bloomin' Onion. The waitress informed us that it was a prepared Ranch Dressing doused with Ground Cayenne Pepper. I made it with Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Black Pepper and Cayenne. It was great with Raw Veggies and with Onion Rings!
