Recipe(tried): Oven Baked Chicken

Misc.
1 cut up chicken, or about 3 #s of pieces of your choice
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2/3 cup bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 425F. Melt margarine in a 13x9x2" baking dish.
Mix bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper, coat chicken.
Place skin sides down in dish (dish and margarine should be hot)

Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken. Bake about 15 minutes longer, or until juice is no longer pink when you cut into the center of the thickest pieces.
