Recipe: Parmigiana Chicken Packets

PARMIGIANA CHICKEN PACKETS

4 sheets (12x18-inches each)
Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Aluminum Foil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lb.)
1 cup spaghetti sauce
2 medium zucchini, sliced
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high.

Center one chicken breast half on the non-stick (dull) side of each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Aluminum Foil. Spoon spaghetti sauce over chicken. Top with zucchini. Sprinkle with cheeses.

Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.

Bake 20 to 24 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill.
