Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
KUNG PAO CHICKEN
Recipe by Chef David Tsang
Servings: 2

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
12 oz. chicken breast, diced 1/2-inch
1 medium red bell pepper diced 1/2-inch
1 1/2 cups baby corn 1/2-inches long
1/2 cup General Kung Pao Sauce (Starport 345)
2 tbsp. roasted peanuts
cilantro (for garnish)

Heat pan at high heat, when hot add 1 Tbsp. oil then chicken and sear 30 seconds.

Add bell peppers, baby corn saut 3 minutes.

Add General Kung Pao Sauce. Mix well continues to saut another 2 minutes until steaming hot.

Remove, divide into two servings and garnish with peanuts and cilantro.

This is a tasty recipe, and I have one other which is just as yummy. Sorry, it is not Earl's. You would have to add the noodles as these do not have noodles. Starport has a website where you can find more yummy recipes, and purchase these ready made sauces.
