1 tablespoon oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 package McCormick Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup water
6 (6 inch) tostada shells
1 1/2 cups refried beans, warmed
TOPPINGS (optional):
Shredded cheese

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
Stir in Seasoning Mix and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
