Recipe(tried): Pear Sauce (low sugar, canning recipe) - Variation

I used Bartlett pears and made this sauce. It is a keeper.
Very tasty.

For the spices I used:
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
and it is just right for our taste.

I also added 2 Tbsps of brown sugar along with a scant 1/2 cup of honey.
