FIRECRACKER SALSA
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 large avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
3 tbsp. roasted garlic flavored olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. salt
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. To blend the flavors, cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips or the chips of your choice.
