Recipe: Peking Sauce aka Hoisin Sauce

Hoisin Sauce

4 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp black bean paste
1 Tbsp honey or molasses
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
2 tsp sesame oil
20 drops hot sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a small jar.

Use with chicken, stir fry or as a base for an Asian style pizza.
