PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP CAPPUCCINO CHEESECAKE
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee
1 (6 oz. or 9 inch) ready-to-use chocolate crumb crust
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
Microwave milk on HIGH 15 seconds. Stir instant coffee into milk until dissolved. Stir into batter. Pour into crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Special Extras: When serving cheesecake, wipe knife blade with a damp cloth between each slice for clean edges.
