Recipe: Pineapple Chicken (crock pot)

Pineapple Chicken

3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
pepper
paprika
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Arrange chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.

Mix pineapple and mustard together; pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.

Makes 6 servings
