Recipe: Planters Chicken Salad (with grapes, mayonnaise, and sour cream) (Planters Mixed Nuts)
Salads - Main DishPLANTERS CHICKEN SALAD
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup halved seedless green grapes
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
FOR SERVING:
1 cup coarsely chopped Planters Mixed Nuts (salted or unsalted)
Crisp lettuce
Combine chicken, celery and grapes in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and sour cream; mix thoroughly. Chill.
TO SERVE:
Toss nuts lightly with chicken. Serve on lettuce.
Makes 8 servings
