Recipe: Fiesta Corn Salad (using pepper jack cheese, make ahead)

FIESTA CORN SALAD
"So colorful, with a snappy pepper flavor!"



1 (11 ounces) can vacuum packed whole kernel corn, drained
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1/2 cup (2 ounces) pepper jack cheese, cubed
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Oregano Leaf
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Durkee Garlic Salt

Mix all ingredients in medium mixing bowl; stir to blend. Chill a minimum of 1 hour before serving.

Makes 6 servings
