Bonnie, sorry I didn't read your post earlier. Hope you didn't need the recipe for New Year's Day! I just rub Montreal Steak Seasoning all over the outside of the roast. Put it on the rotisserie for 18 minutes per pound for medium (160 degrees). Don't forget to add the extra 2 minutes that the manufacturer recommends for allowing the appliance to get to the right temp. So for your 10 pound roast you would have needed to cook it 180 minutes plus 2 minutes so about 3 hours and 2 minutes! Hope your roast turned out fine.
