Recipe(tried): How to wash blackberries

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
Many growers say you don't need to wash blackberries. However, if you are like me and want them clean, put in a colander, put water in the sink, and dip them up and down a few times, then let drain really well.
It is best to do smaller amounts at a time, so as not to crush them as badly.
