Thank you to Marcia , Michigan for the Quick & Easy Carrot Cake recipe! I took it to school - teacher's lounge for Bosses day and they LOVED it. I hated to admit how easy, easy it was! One teacher wanted the recipe for Thanksgiving & one for a company dinner this week. More asked for the recipe! I always get raves when I use one of your recipes ladies! Thanks again. You all are the best!
