TURKEY BREAST IN THE CROCKPOT
1 turkey breast, bone-in*
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
Mix cranberry sauce, (dry) soup mix and 1/2 cup water; place in the bottom of the crock pot. Add turkey breast.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, then turn to low and cook 4-6 hours more.
Remove turkey from crock pot and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with sauce.
*Pork roast may also be used.
