Recipe: Quick Carrot Nut Spread (using banana and nut butter, blender)

QUICK CARROT NUT SPREAD
1 cup slivered raw carrots
3/4 cup sliced ripe banana
2/3 cup chunky peanut or cashew butter
1/2 cup dried currants
1 tsp lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in blender, adding about a quarter of the ingredients at a time.
Makes 12 sandwiches
