QUICK CRAB DINNER
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound crab meat
hot cooked brown rice (to serve)
In a saucepan, combine soup, wine, Worcestershire sauce, and cheese. Simmer until bubbly and smooth.
Fold in crab meat gently and reheat.
Serve over brown rice.
Servings: 4
