Recipe: Re: Large quantity recipes: 50 - 400+servings

Liz: Thanks for answering my note. Right now I'm looking for more budget minded recipes at a total cost of $3.00 per person. My Sysco rep. is great at having food variety but its not always within a low budget. I find myself working where budgets are very tight or almost non-exixtant. I guess I like the challenge! Any recipes low in cost, of any type, would be appreciated. I'm now working in a church kitchen as food service manager. The kind of job where they have only had a cook for small quantity serving; then you experience large church growth and have to go to the bigger leagues. I'm the one to get them through the transition and beyond. Again thanks.
