Recipe: Large quantity recipes: 50 - 400+servings

Misc.

I need large volume recipes for serving a minimun of 100. I would really like recipes for 400+. Can anyone out there help? It's very hard to find large quantity recipe books if you are working all the time. Anyone out there have any sources? This is my first time on TKL. Thanks!
