Recipe: Re: Recipe: infused oils

Gina - I don't have any help with infused oil recipes, but a word of caution. I've heard that they aren't the best thing to try at home because, like the minced garlic in the grocery, if there aren't any preservatives you run the risk of botulism. Yikes!
