Recipe(tried): Bob Evans Wildfire Chicken Salad for Rebecca

BOB EVANS WILDFIRE CHICKEN SALAD

SALAD DRESSING:
1/2 cup Bob Evans Wildfire BBQ Sauce (you can purchase it there or at some grocery stores)
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing

SALAD INGREDIENTS:
Salad mix with carrots, red cabbage, etc.
canned corn, drained
diced tomatoes
diced green onions
shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Fried chicken strips, diced
Corn tortilla strips (I have found these at Krogers in a little orange bag near the produce)

Layer lettuce, then corn, then tomato, then green onion, then chicken strips, then cheese then taco strips. Top with dressing. Enjoy!
