This isn't broccli and cheese, but its the casserole I'm always asked to bring.

Sweet Potato Casserole
3c mashed sweet potatoes
1/2c sugar
1/4 c melted butter
2 eggs beaten
1t vanilla
1/3 c milk
Combine all together and mix well. Spread into a buttered 13x9 dish.
Topping (combine)
1/3 cup melted butter
1c packed brown sugar
1/2-3/4 c chopped pecans
2-3 c crushed Honey nut corn flakes
Spread over top. Bake at 350 for 25-35 min.

Delicious!!!!
