Recipe(tried): Cafe Rio Creamy Cilantro Lime Salad dressing

I have never eaten at Cafe Rio and don't have any past experience with their dressing, but I just made a near copycat version of one of the creamy Cilantro Lime salad dressings that had been posted and it's fabulous! REALLY good!!!

1 1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup reduced fat mayo
1 package ranch dressing
4 Tbs Embassa Salsa Verde (canned)
2 clove2 fresh garlic
1 large bunch cilantro
Juice from 2 1/2 limes (one didn't seem enough)
Mediterranean sea salt to taste.
