Recipe(tried): Really easy blue cheese dressing

Hi Jan - I absolutely love blue cheese dressing on the thick side, and this is my easy version:

Blue Cheese Dressing

1 cup sour cream (use low fat by all means!)
1 cup mayonnaise (ditto on the low fat!)
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
several dashes of tobasco, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste

Just blend all the ingredients well and let sit an hour to blend igredients.

Note - If you want it a thinner consistency, use a little milk or buttermilk to thin.
