Recipe(tried): Roasted Peanuts in the shell

Put the unshelled peanuts in a shallow roasting pan in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. I toss the peanuts in the pan every 5 minutes after the first 10 minutes. After about 15 minutes, I test the doneness by tasting the peanuts. Once they are roasted to your taste, remove from the oven. REMEMBER THEY WILL CONTINUE TO COOK AFTER YOU HAVE REMOVED THEM FROM THE OVEN, SO I REMOVE MINE WHEN THEY ARE ALMOST TO MY TASTE.(If that makes sense.)
