Appetizers and SnacksROTEL CHEESE DIP
SO FAST and EASY!!! This is great for Parties or when you are in the mood to sit down and pig out in front of the TV.
1 (1 pound) block Velveeta cheese
1 can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies*
Cut up Velveeta into small chunks and place into microwavable bowl.
Microwave for about 2 minutes, then take out and stir. You may need to return it to the microwave another 2 minutes to get all the cheese melted.
When cheese is melted, stir in the Rotel until combined.
Place back in Microwave for an additional 2 minutes until HOT.
Serve as a dip for tortilla chips or on Tacos. Also great for making Nachos
*The Can of Rotel can be found in any grocery store Where the canned stewed tomatos are. Rotel now comes in Regular and Mild flavored.
