Recipe: Sausage and Spinach Pie (Stouffer's Spinach Souffle ad, 1980's)
Breakfast and BrunchSAUSAGE, SWISS AND SPINACH PIE
1 package Stouffers Spinach Souffle, thawed
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced canned mushrooms, drained
3/4 cup cooked crumbled Italian sausage
3/4 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Mix all ingredients for the filling together. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 4-6 servings
