Recipe: Breakfast for 2 to 200 (scrambled eggs with rice and bacon, Depression era recipe)

BREAKFAST FOR 2 TO 200

bacon
eggs
steamed rice
lots of TLC

Fry or broil bacon until crispy brown, set aside.

Cook scrambled eggs (number depends on how many are to be served or how many eggs you have.)

Crumble bacon into bits and add to cooked eggs. Slowly add steamed rice. Stir until all is warm.

Makes as many servings and needed
