Recipe: Sliced Tomato Platter (with olives, Feta, and Honey-Tarragon Dressing

SLICED TOMATO PLATTER

Arrange sliced fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese and ripe olives on a platter.

Drizzle with equal parts of honey (such as sage honey), tarragon vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with fresh chives.
