Recipe(tried): Green Apples, Nuts, and Rocket Salad with Parmesan

Salads - Assorted
This is an interesting recipe I ate once at the restaurant and that I found really curious because it mixed some different flavours and tastes. Then I tried it at home and the result was really good! :-D

This recipe is really simple!

Green Apples, Nuts, Rocket Salad with Parmesan

For 2 persons you need:
1 green apple
7 to 8 nuts
some parmigiano (Italian cheese, known also as parmisan)
a bunch of rocket salad
extra virgin olive oil

This is the preparation:
Wash the apple, take the skin off and cut it into cubes.
Crack and chop the nuts.
Clean, dry and cut some rocket salad.
Cut cheese into flakes.
Join apple pieces, rocket salad and nuts in a bowl. Add parmigiano flakes and dress with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.

I tried also to add some shrimps and also in this way the dish is really good.

ciao!!!
