Recipe: Something Different Tuna Salad (serves 1-2) from The Starving Students' Cookbook

SOMETHING DIFFERENT TUNA SALAD

Servings: 1-2

1 (6 ounce) can tuna, well drained
1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 hard-cooked) eggs, chopped
mayonnaise
1 teaspoon vinegar
seasoned salt
3 ounces chow mein noodles (optional)

Mix all together in bowl (except chow mein noodles).

When ready to eat, top with chow mein noodles.

EXTRAS TO ADD:
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimientos
crumbled cooked bacon
chopped red apples
spoonful sliced almonds
spoonful sunflower seeds
handful bean sprouts
spoonful raisins
