Here's what I like to do with my vanilla fine granulated sugar ~
Get a can of refrigerated biscuit dough - I use the one that contains 10 regular-size biscuits. Dip each unbaked biscuit into melted butter and then coat it with some of the vanilla sugar. Bake according to package directions.
To boost the vanilla flavor even more, first whisk some pure vanilla extract into the butter. (It won't mix uniformly, but that's OK. It will still give a lot of vanilla "oomph" to the finished biscuits.)
My mom used to make this kind of biscuit coated with cinnamon sugar, and they were really good. But my family likes these vanilla flavored ones even better.
