1) Two pounds raw peanuts(unshelled).
2) Pre-heat oven to 450(F)-the red light goes out(for non-cooks).
3) Place peanuts on cookie tins, spread evenly. Don't heap, use two tins if necessary.
4) Insert tins into preheated oven and turn off heat!
5) Let cook and cool in oven (about three hours-no peeking).
