Recipe(tried): Bread Machine Dill Bread

Breads - Bread Machine
Here is a recipe from The Bread Machine Cookbook by Donna Rathmell German, published in 1991 by Bristol Publishing Enterprises, Inc.:

I have listed the ingredients for a small loaf with the proportions for medium in parentheses and for large in brackets.

2/3 cup cottage cheese (1 cup) [1 1/3 cups]
1 1/2 eggs (2) [2 1/2]
1 1/3 tbsp sugar (2) [2 2/3]
2 tsp dill weed (1 tbsp) [1 tbsp plus 1 tsp]
2/3 tsp salt (1) [1 1/3]
1/8 tsp baking soda (1/4) [1/3]
1 2/3 cups bread flour (2 1/2) [3 1/3]
1 tsp yeast (1-1/2) [2 1/2]

The book doesn't provide further instructions, so I just use the instructions provided by my bread machine manufacturer.

Enjoy!
