Recipe(tried): Sweet Dough - Need help converting wonderful sweet dough recipe to bread machine

Breads - Yeast Breads
I have a terrific recipe for a sweet dough which I have used for poppy-seed roll, cinnamon buns, fruit filled perogis, etc. I now have arthritis in my hands and would like to convert this recipe to my bread machine. Being one of the older type recipes which says to add flour (no quantity given) to make soft dough, I am asking for HELP!

SWEET DOUGH

4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter or margarine
6 egg yolks, beaten
2 pkgs. yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water mixed with 1 tsp. sugar
flour (enough to make a soft dough)

Combine first five ingredients and beat. Add just enough flour to make soft dough. Proceed as usual.
