re: Sweet Dough recipe for Bread Machine

I've tried doing some of my regular bread recipes in the bread machine. Are you planning to just use it to do the mixing, then baking it separately? That's what I've done with my recipes.

Your recipe looks like a large one - lots of liquid, so you must be using a lot of flour???

My bread machine won't handle the normal quantity of my bread recipes, so I cut the quantities in half. Plus, each bread machine has its own sequence of how you layer the ingredients, mine has you put the liquids all on the bottom, then start laying the sugars, salts, and then flour and yeast last on top.

You must have a general idea of how many cups of flour you normally use in this recipe, and I'd just try to half the recipe and do it trial and error.

It looks like a very nice recipe.
