Texas Hot and Spicy Dip

Works best in a Crock pot

2 lbs Italian sausage ( we use a pound of spicy, and a pound of mild) squeeze the meat
out of the sausage casing, and brown the meat. add 1 chopped onion melt 2 lbs of
velveta and add 19 oz can of Tomatoes for chili, also known as Mexican tomatoes, one
small can of green chilies. add the meat and onion. heat gently and stir to mix until
it is fairly smooth....dip away with corn chips
