Recipe(tried): K & S San Francisco Chicken (copycat recipe)

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
I'm originally from North Carolina (now living in Texas) and have tried for years to find a viable recipe for this. Just last night I finally found the closest so far. Tried it last night and it brought back fond memories of years past.
