Recipe(tried): Thai Peanut Sauce/Nam Jim Satay

If you intend to make the red curry paste yourself, you can locate a recipe i posted earlier here on TKL. if you want to buy it, try to find the one comes in little red tin (can't recall the brand) coz it is far better than the one in the plastic bag/jar. hope this is the recipe you want.

Thai Peanut Sauce/Nam Jim Satay
Make 2 cups

This richly flavored sauce is usually served with satays.

1 cups coconut milk
2 T. red curry sauce (nam prik gaeng ped) (shop-bought or homemade)
cup fish sauce (nam pla)
3 T. sugar
1 cup (8oz) ground roasted peanuts (without outer skin)

combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
