Recipe(tried): Bread Like Pizza Bagels

I was just recently searching online for the Westside Market's pizza bagels and trying to get a recipe. I found your post here and tried to make my own a few minutes ago. Thanks so much for sharing your techniques/recipe for making these! Years ago, in the early 1990's, I called Buettner's Bakery to get the recipe and they gave it to me. Buettner's was the supplier of the pizza bagels to the Westside Market vendor. The current vendor of pizza bagels at the Westside Market is getting her bagels from another supplier and the don't taste like what I remember :(. Unfortunately, all my household goods are stored in Cleveland right now and I don't have the recipe available. I called the bakery yesterday and the new owner (as of 1999) wouldn't share the recipe. Anyway, I believe your recipe is just perfect!
