Recipe: Ice Berry Pops (blender)
Misc.ICE BERRY POPS
1 1/2 cups Strawberries (375 mL)
1 cup French vanilla yogurt (1 per cent M.F.) (250 mL)
1 tbsp Liquid honey (15 mL)
3 Small strawberries, halved 3
In a blender, combine strawberries, yogurt and honey; puree until smooth.
Divide among six 90 mL (3 oz) paper cups.
Onto each of 6 stir sticks, skewer a strawberry half midway. Insert strawberry end of stick into centre of each cup.
Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
TO SERVE:
Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes and peel off paper cups.
Tip: To make it easy to store pops in freezer, place filled cups in a muffin tin.
Makes 6 servings
