Title: The best fried cabbage

l lg cabbage
l lg brown onion
l cup diced cooked
bacon
l crushed garlic clove
2 beaten eggs
par-boil cabbage, drain
in olive oil, add onions, garlic, bacon, and chopped cabbage
fry in large skillet until cabbage is done
add beaten eggs and blend
fry until cabbage and mixture is like a brown pie.
place a large plate on top of the pan and turn over....it comes out like a pie
(salt and pepper to taste while cooking)
it's delicious and it was the only way my kids would eat cabbage when they were
youn
