ISO: A Breakfast Recipe

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe for a biscuit or Bisquick based breakfast dish. It was topped with bacon or sausage, chopped tomato, onion, bell pepper, etc. I could not call it a fritatta because it was not "eggy" or a pizza because the crust was soft. Does anyone remember this recipe from years ago?
